Bring big six-axle power to your railroad with this Walthers Mainline HO scale EMD SD75I decorated for Canadian National #5727. Built from 1996 to 1999, with most examples still in service, this later member of the SD70-series introduced the Isolated or Whisper Cab, noted by the "I" in its designation and designed to cut noise and vibration, easily identified by the visible seam along the nose. The model wears a correct North American Safety Cab, flush radiators per early production units, and correct HTCR-1a or HTCR-1b trucks per the prototype.

Item 910-11006 is a fully assembled, ready-to-run Standard DC locomotive with a minimum radius of 18" and 22" or larger recommended. Detailing includes a brass Nathan K5 air horn, treadplate walkways, a cab interior, a 5000-gallon fuel tank with road-specific details, and a standard bell on the conductor's side. LED lighting provides high or low headlight per prototype, improved working front ditch lights, and constant and directional lights, with a 21-pin DCC plug. The Walthers Proto style drive uses a 5-pole skew-wound motor, 14:1 gear ratio, helical-cut gears, all-wheel drive and pickup, dual machined brass flywheels, and a heavy die-cast metal chassis.
