Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of confirmed receipt of item. Should a return be necessary, please notify us immediately. Once your returned package is received, refunds are typically issued within 1-3 business days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is a result of an error made by Interlaken Brands, or if the item has been received in a defective state.

For standard returns, opened packages or articles that have been tampered with are subject to a re-stocking fee. Your 100% satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to ensure any situation is properly handled.
