Piko molds these G buildings in a rugged, UV-stable polycarbonate whose color runs through the plastic, keeping the finish bright through seasons of outdoor display. Many components arrive lightly weathered from the factory for a more lived-in appearance right out of the box. Some assembly is needed to complete the 62046; an indoor plastic glue is generally supplied, and Piko advises its 55701 PIKO-Fix cement for models that will live outdoors.
