This detailed structure features two floors of guest rooms and is designed to combine with the Vintage Motor Hotel with Office and Restaurant (933-3487, sold separately) so you can build a larger lodging complex. Many real motels of this type were later converted into apartments, making item 933-3488 equally at home in a modern city scene.

The kit also includes a main office building and two large roadside signs with full-color decals for the Westwind, Shadetree, Desert View and Green Valley hotels. Details include separate one-piece door and window units for easy customizing, plus air conditioner and heater grilles for each room and detailed exterior stairs and railings. Parts are molded in five colors along with clear plastic. The hotel measures 10-3/16 x 4 x 2-5/8" and the office measures 5 x 3-1/16 x 1-3/4".
