The Walthers Cornerstone George Roberts Printing Company kit is typical of concrete curtain-wall industrial buildings found in commercial and manufacturing districts in cities across the continent. Geo. Roberts Printing fits on any layout from the 1920s to the present. Large windows, a hallmark of this architectural style, provide plenty of natural illumination and made this type of building a popular choice for all types of industries. To save space in the cramped industrial district, a covered loading dock is built into the rear of the building and will add plenty of operation to your railroading. For the finishing touch, authentic "extras" like the rooftop water tank, three-story fire escape and colorful decal signs are included.
