Woodland Scenics Ballast is not real stone - it is a specially manufactured material that accepts Earth Colors Liquid Pigment for weathering and additional colour variation, and adheres securely with Scenic Cement. Apply alongside the track, mist with diluted isopropyl alcohol (wet water) to break surface tension, then fix in place with diluted Scenic Cement.
