Stretch Poly Fiber thin and lacy to model bare winter vines or tumbleweed forms, or layer it more densely over tree armatures as a base for Clump-Foliage and other tree foliage materials. It is also effective for creating low ground cover mats and covering terrain before applying Turf and Foliage. Secure with Hob-E-Tac or Scenic Glue.
