Kadee 1790 #1 Scale LGB Forney Coupler Conversion Kit

The Kadee 1790 is a #1 Scale coupler conversion kit designed specifically for the LGB Forney locomotive, pairing a large offset coupler and a modified medium offset coupler with truck mount type gearboxes. This two-part kit provides everything needed to fit both ends of the locomotive with Kadee Magne-Matic couplers, replacing the factory couplers with proven magnetic uncoupling performance. It is supplied as one pair per package.

The front coupler conversion in the 1790 includes 1 medium offset coupler, 1 coupler adapter plate, 1 hole drilling template, 1 #2 x 1/4" pan head Phillips screw, and 1 trip pin centering spring. The rear coupler conversion adds 1 draft gear box and lid, 1 large offset coupler, 3 coupler centering springs, 1 #860 G-Scale or #1875 1-Scale knuckle spring, 1 #2 x 3/8" black flat head Phillips screw, and 2 white plastic.010" shims for accurate mounting.
