Faller 272900 N Scale 36 Hay Bales Scenic Detail Set

Dress your fields, barns, and farmyards with the Faller 272900, an N scale (1:160) set of 36 hay bales that adds instant harvest-time atmosphere to a layout. Scattered across a mown meadow, stacked on a flatbed wagon, or piled beside a barn door, these little bales tell a story of rural working life and help fill open scenic areas with believable agricultural detail. The set is themed to Epoch IV but looks equally at home in farm scenes across most eras.

The Faller 272900 is supplied as finely molded plastic bales and is rated an easy project by Faller, so it is quick to prepare and position - a great detailing set for newcomers and experienced modelers alike. For any pieces you wish to fix permanently, glue is recommended, not required: Faller Expert glue (170492) or Super Expert glue (170490) work well and are both available in our store. Arrange the 36 bales to suit your scene, then add static grass or loose flock around them to complete the look.
