Faller 120140 HO Scale Three Trackside Shanties Model Kit

Add authentic working-railway atmosphere to your layout with the Faller 120140 set of three trackside shanties, a finely detailed HO scale (1:87) plastic model kit supplied unassembled. These small lineside structures are exactly the kind of humble buildings that lined the permanent way in the early railway era, used to store the tools and equipment needed to maintain the road beds and track. Molded in 8 colors across 70 single parts, the set is an easy, beginner-friendly build that quickly populates the empty spaces along your track with believable, story-rich detail.

The kit builds three separate huts of different sizes, so you can scatter them along a branch line, tuck them beside a station throat, or group them in a permanent-way yard. As a period Epoch I subject, item 120140 suits vintage German railway scenes and diorama settings, and it comes complete with full construction instructions. Faller Expert glue (170492) or Super Expert glue (170490) is recommended for assembly, both available separately in our store.
